The Halley washbasin embodies sculptural form. Regia’s latest challenge was inspired by the shape of history’s most famous comet; the first one to be identified as orbiting regularly and the only one to be photographed close up. Architect Bruna Rapisarda, designer of the range, has designed an ‘item’ which is made of a single piece of material, a unique element that has been transformed from a simple resin shape into a striking piece of furniture comprising an integrated bath and surface. Seen from above, Halley is an ellipse that merges with the geometric shape of a rectangle. It measures 80 cm, and does not require a surface but can be fixed to the wall with practical fastenings. Available in Tecnoglass, in black or white, or in Vetro Ghiaccio in the colours in the Regia range.
