Nicoletta Fontana
It’s 1988, when Nicoletta Fontana, until then a successful manager of a well known company of accessories and furniture, decided to found Regia. Her deep knowledge of the industrial field and her great sense of style, represent Nicoletta’s contribute to designers,whom she personally involved in developing the collections of objects, furniture and accessories which Regia will propose to the market. Her unique experience and a special intuition, permit her to detect in time the great need for renewal of bathroom’s world. Firstly, she decides to invest in research: this leads to the development of Vetrofreddo and Vetroghiaccio which will characterize many of the new bathroom collections. The company grows, the catalog gets wider and the issues change. Nicoletta can always feel in advance when “it's time to change”: in this way the problems related to changes in organization and the “double digits” growth of her Company become a positive opportunity to catch. She chooses “with care and with heart” her employees. Business operators consider her an “opinion leader” to refer to in case of “need”. The undoubtable professional qualities, her capability of self-aggregation and generosity in personal relationships are the features that allow her to be elected by "acclamation" and for two consecutive terms, President of Assobagno. With her leading the association, the world of bathroom furniture joins the Salone Internazionale del Mobile. Nicoletta Fontana is the current President and CEO of Regia.

Daniele Cassinari
Daniele Cassinari, born in 1977, loves to relate with people and those who really demonstrate a desire towards progress, quickly and constantly. In his professional and educational experiences abroad (Barcelona Pom d'Or - San Diego University) he participated in specific courses about business marketing and business management and investigates the usage of "new technologies" already existing in those countries. Daniele enters Regia in 1999 and his very first apporach is the storage department. The upgrade to the commercial office takes place after a short time. Back office, customer relations, order management and direct exchange of information with Regia’s agencies with whom he establishes, soon, a clear and pragmatical relationship. The excellent knowledge of three languages (Spanish, English and French) and his attitude to trade relations, enable him to develop some foreign markets, actively participating in the consolidation of the company’s success. Thanks to the results obtained and to his hard determination, in 2003 the Company relies on Daniele, in charge as foreign trade manager and in 2009 also as sales manager in Italy. Always looking for practical tools to improve the work of his colleagues, as that of his clients, Daniele has recently coordinated the working group that developed the new site of Regia and the innovative programme for the showrooms design.

Bruna Rapisarda
I was born and live in Milan where, following classical studies, I attended the European Design Institute. The curiosity to experiment has always distinguished my work, and this has allowed in the past few years to use my creativity in the development of different kinds of objects made of copper or steel, glass and plastic, wood and ceramic, rubber or resin, up to those using new materials, which are certainly, from my point of view, the most challenging. I believe that at the foundation of every project there must be some innovation, that makes every project engaging and never boring, and it is in this context that the choice of a material rather another becomes decisive. The innate ability to build ongoing relationships also enriched my personality and my commitment. To follow closely the business reality is to understand and analyze the problems of each new product in a global sense, by developing a synthesis of practical needs and dreams, designed with the customer. This design approach leads to my favorite way of working: focused and direct.
